Autopack Systems Shrink Tunnel 45TLW20VL

AUTOPACK Shrink Tunnels are available in three basic models:
• Short length tunnel (TLX) designed for slower pharmaceutical and cosmetic
packing lines or label shrinking.
• Medium to high speed general purpose tunnels (TMX) suitable for most
shrink packaging applications
• Long series, heavy duty tunnels (THX), applicable at all speeds where
thicker films and heavy packs are used.
The machines are of simple modular design permitting customized user application
requirements. AUTOPACK Shrink Tunnels have a number of operating features
which are not normally found on similar type equipment. These are:
– Quiet and efficient operation
– Small external size compared to product handling capacity
– Symmetrical, fixed air flow pattern
– Drop down bottom for easy cleaning
– Cooling station with a roller accumulation conveyor
Because of its unique air flow, AUTOPACK tunnels can be used with a variety of
films and machines such as L bar sealers, flow wrappers, but the airflow symmetry
really excess with Sleeve Wrapped product, resulting in tight, unique form pack with
small holes on either side.

Shrink Tunnel, is simply a recirculated hot air chamber sitting on top of a conveyor which carries the product through the chamber. The essential requirements for a good shrink tunnel are a constant yet adjustable air temperature and conveyor speed, symmetrical air circulation pattern.

As pre-wrapped product is transported through the hot chamber the film temperature raises and the film shrinks to conforms to the shape of enclosed product. At that stage the film is not strong enough to compress the contents.

When the pack emerges from the hot chamber the film cools and shrinks a little more, tightening the pack into a stable, easily handled unit. The degree of final compression is determined mainly by the thickness and type of film used.

Provide your product and our engineers will conduct a free trial run of your product. You can either be present, or we can send you video of the trial.

Terms and Conditions:
  • While this trial run is free of charge, any modifications or change parts are billable.
  • Trial runs must be booked in advance.
You are welcome to trial a machine in your plant for 2 weeks (you will be required to pay for transport of the machine and a refundable holding deposit).

Terms and Conditions:
  • Trial of machinery is subject to Process Plant Network confirming the machine is suitable for your product.
  • Get your product to market with minimal upfront investment.
  • Pay off the machinery with the revenue it generates.
  • Rentals are 100% tax deductible and not listed as an asset on your company’s asset register.
  • Minimise risk. It’s no secret that new product failure rates in the grocery sector are extremely high. With Rent to Buy, companies will not be left with paying off idle machinery assets if a project proves to be unsuccessful.
How it works:
  • Available for single machines or complete turnkey systems
  • Start producing immediately with a small down-payment of 2 months rental
  • 6 to 18 month rental periods available
At the end of the rental period:
  • Buy the machine outright, deducting 50% of the rental you’ve already paid from the price of the machinery; or,
  • Keep renting the machinery; or,
  • Return the machinery with no more to pay.

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.

For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.

For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.

We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.

Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.

We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
