Contra-rotating mixing system

The steam jacketed kettle is equipped with a contra-rotating agitator system, designed to facilitate consistent mixing of food products. The bearing-supported mixer arms ensure smooth operation, while the Teflon-tipped scraper arms maintain contact with the hemispherical vessel walls, preventing product accumulation and burn-on. This mixing system enhances heat transfer efficiency, ensuring uniform cooking and processing of viscous or particulate-laden formulations.

Steam jacket heating and cooling

The kettle features a steam jacketed vessel, allowing precise control over heating and cooling operations. The jacketed design ensures even heat distribution across the product surface, improving consistency and minimizing localized overheating. With the ability to regulate temperature within a range of -20 to 150°C, this system is suitable for a variety of food production applications, from gentle simmering to high-temperature processing.

Sanitary discharge system

To maintain hygiene and facilitate efficient product transfer, the kettle includes a 4" sanitary product outlet with an air-actuated discharge ball valve. The design ensures smooth product flow while minimizing retention within the vessel. This feature supports high-throughput production lines and simplifies cleaning and sanitation procedures in food processing facilities.
