PFM ZC1 Integrated solution
The ZC1 integrated solution optimises the weigher-packaging machine combination by making the most of the Series C1 multihead weigher and the model Zenith vertical packaging machine, which produces pillow packs with three seals and square bases or Steelo Packs (4 side seals). The ZC1 offers high quality standards which translate into high weighing accuracy, aesthetically perfect packs with easy maintenance, programming and operating safety over time.

Features:
Structure: compact, designed to house the 10 and 14-head versions of the Series C1 multi-head weigher. The particularly rigid structure is designed to eliminate vibration and thereby optimise operation of the multi-head weigher.
Hygiene: the ZC1 has been studied in every detail to facilitate cleaning and sanitisation operations.
Flexibility: the ZC1 enables quick and easy format changeovers. The weigher’s software features enable the machine to learn its own parameters thereby reducing intervention time by the operator who only needs to enter data relating to weight and speed. Extremely short packaging machine forming box and reel replacement times. The particularly advanced software guides the operator through the entering of required data

Every piece of equipment is put under a demanding inspection before delivery. Our inspection covers mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and cosmetic checkpoints.
The unit is fully serviced to meet high mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and cosmetic standards. Missing or damaged components are repaired or replaced.
Used machinery is backed by a standard 3-month warranty.

Terms and Conditions:
  • Warranty includes mechanical and electrical parts, but excludes electronic parts (for example, touch screens, servo drives and PLCs).
Our machinery is delivered compliant with the Australian AS 4024 Safety of Machinery Standards. Our engineering team is experienced in assessing machine safety and bringing machinery in line with AS 4024 by installing guards, ergonomic features and safety features like emergency stop controls.

Our machinery is delivered fully compliant with AS/NZS 3000 electrical standards.
Provide your product and our engineers will conduct a free trial run of your product. You can either be present, or we can send you video of the trial.

Terms and Conditions:
  • While this trial run is free of charge, any modifications or change parts are billable.
  • Trial runs must be booked in advance.
You are welcome to trial a machine in your plant for 2 weeks (you will be required to pay for transport of the machine and a refundable holding deposit).

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.

For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.

For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.

We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.

Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.

We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
