TIPPER TIE KDCM and DCM Semi-Automatic Clippers – Efficient, Flexible Solutions for Sausage and Casing Clipping

Overview
The TIPPER TIE KDCM and DCM semi-automatic clippers are high-quality, efficient machines designed to meet the needs of small to mid-sized food processors and meat producers. These machines are ideal for processing sausages, chubs, and ring-shaped products with ease and precision. Their modular, German-engineered design supports flexibility and efficiency, allowing users to optimize clipping operations while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Features
- Digital Display and Program Storage: The KDCM model comes with an intuitive digital display that can store up to 20 programs, providing easy control over functions like knife, loop, and label counting.
- Ergonomic Design: A 10° machine slope improves visibility and access, ensuring ergonomic operation, even during high-volume runs.
- Single-Action Cylinders: These models feature single-action cylinders for the clip closure, significantly reducing air consumption and enhancing speed, which translates to lower operational costs.
- Flexible Casing Handling: Capable of processing various casing types, including natural, collagen, and plastic casings, making it suitable for high-quality, niche products.
- Modular Accessories: options like an outlet roller conveyor for chub products, a string dispenser, and an automatic loop feeder to expand functionality.

Technical Specifications
- Caliber Range: Suitable for calibers from 25 mm up to 110 mm, depending on the model and configuration
- Clip Types: Supports E and G series clips, allowing for various applications and reducing clip reload frequency with the spool clip system
- Cycle Efficiency: Up to 25 cycles per minute, based on product type and settings
- Air Consumption: Designed with low air consumption in mind to reduce costs

Benefits
1. Reliable and Precise Clipping: TIPPER TIE's design ensures clean, consistent clipping, reducing product waste and providing optimal package security.
2. User-Friendly Maintenance: Easy-to-access valves and an open machine design make routine maintenance fast, reducing downtime.
3. Adaptable for Growing Businesses: The DCM model offers an affordable entry point, while the KDCM model is ideal for processors needing programmable automation.

Applications
The TIPPER TIE KDCM and DCM models are well-suited for:
- Meat Processing: Ideal for creating sausage links, chubs, and ring products.
- Food Processing: Compatible with a range of food casings, allowing flexibility across product lines.
- Small to Medium Enterprises: These clippers are excellent for smaller operations that require high-quality results with less manual labor.

Why Choose TIPPER TIE KDCM & DCM?
Selecting a TIPPER TIE KDCM or DCM semi-automatic clipper means choosing reliability, flexibility, and a robust design tailored for various casings and products. The modular options and energy-efficient operation provide a balance of productivity and cost-effectiveness, ideal for processors scaling up their operations.

We provide export crating, container loading and overseas freight services at additional cost.

For loose container load (LCL), we arrange an export crate using treated wood according to the machine size (to protect the machine from damage during transport) and crate the machine at our warehouse.

For full container load (FCL), we bring the empty container, load the equipment, and lash/secure them inside the container at our warehouse. We can then arrange either seafreight or airfreight to the customer's nominated destination sea/airports.

We usually arrange on the CFR (Cost and Freight) basis as per Incoterms.

Marine insurance, applicable local duties/taxes, custom clearance and delivery to customer's site in their destination country are to the customer's account.

We regularly provide this service for customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA and Asia.
