VARIOUS Complete Automatic Lasagna Manufacturing Line

Equipment List:
1. Automatic Dough Mixing System
- Efficiently mixes semolina and other raw ingredients for consistent dough preparation.

2. Automatic Sheet Extruder by Torresani
- Precision extruder that forms dough into continuous sheets for pasta production.

3. Automatic Pasta Laminator
- Gauges and laminates pasta sheets to the desired thickness and consistency.

4. Continuous Cooker
- Boils pasta sheets to perfection, ensuring uniform cooking throughout the production process.

5. Automatic Pasta Slitting Machine
- Slitting toolsets for cutting pasta into various portion sizes (200g, 400g, 750g, 1kg, and 2kg).

6. Meat Filling Station with 3 Meat Pumps
- Efficiently fills pasta sheets with meat sauce, ensuring even distribution and portion control.

7. Make-Up Conveyor
- Aligns and conveys lasagne sheets for precise assembly and filling.

8. Automatic Guillotine
- Accurately cuts pasta sheets to the required size before packing.

9. Retracting belt to load the lasagne into the trays automatically

10. Tray Indexing Conveyor
- Continuously supplies unfilled trays to the drop point for packing.

11. Béchamel Sauce Filling Station
- Equipped with two sauce pumps to fill béchamel sauce on the top and bottom of the lasagne.

Process Description:
- Mixing: Semolina and other ingredients are mixed in the Automatic Dough Mixing System. This is a continuous mixing system.

- Extruding: Dough is fed into the Torresani Sheet Extruder, forming continuous endless pasta sheet.

- Laminating: Sheets are gauged and laminated to the desired thickness.

- Cooking: Laminated sheets are boiled in the Continuous Hot Water Cooker.

- Slitting: Cooked pasta sheets are cut by the Automatic Pasta Slitting Machine into various portion ribbon sizes.

- Filling and Stacking: Cut pasta sheets are filled with meat sauce using three meat filling pumps and stacked.

- Tray Loading: Stacked lasagne is conveyed to trays via the Make-Up Conveyor and the Tray Indexing Conveyor.

- Béchamel Filling: Top and bottom layers of béchamel sauce is deposited by the dedicated pump filling stations (x2).


Control Systems:
- ABB PLC and HMI: The line is fully automated with ABB PLC, HMI, and other advanced control systems ensuring smooth and continuous operation.

- Fault Handling: In case of faults, the make-up conveyor halts retraction, allowing lasagne to be discarded into a bin.

Included Documentation:

- Diagrams: Full system and component diagrams.

- PLC and HMI Programs: All necessary software and programming for the PLC and HMI systems.
